In this day and age, there are many new methods by which people learn using many different technologies. We now have m-learning (mobile learning with pocket PCs, PDAs or mobile phones) which is the follow-on from e-Learning (computer-based training), originating itself from d-learning (distance learning). The rapid growth of information and communication technologies has made it possible to develop new forms of education.
Research indicates that the average adult can listen with understanding for ninety minutes, and can listen with retention for only twenty minutes*. Using this concept, we have developed a series of short courses teaching only the most essential tasks and features within software applications and management practices.
